For the past 35 years plus that I have been in the salon industry, I have had the very great privilege of working alongside

many of the icons in our industry.  As an art team member for those companies and the individuals who are the primary

force behind the philosophies and persona of each, you not only learn technical skills, you also learn about the way that a

salon should look, feel, and function.........in plain words, it's all about the space, as much as it's about the talent within.

In March of 2020, I did something that surprised even me.......I decided to open a salon again......my fourth in almost four

decades behind the salon chair.  The learning curve was simple, in that having done it several times before, each of my

previous salons had all been highly successful.....but....this time I wanted it to be different.....I wanted it to simply be 100% "my way"......no partners, no one to answer to.....just my philosophy, my way of doing things, and a look and feel to the place that would be not just a totally professional enviornment for my clients to come to, but as well, for it to be a respite of sorts where they could relax, listen to great music while being serviced, and escape.

In the process of putting it all together, the reality of it really was that I took a piece of every major influence I had been subjected to in my career.

Having worked in New York City for almost 8 years for Toni & Guy International, as well as having traveled with several other national artistic teams with major salon affiliations, and shared salon industry philosophy with my peers, you learn about not just the way things should be, but what it takes to totally embellish yourself to the client while providing a skill level second to none.

My training has been, and continues to be, non stop, taking full advantage of the close geographic proximity to the major metropolitan areas of both New York and Philadelphia to attend the advanced academies and brand centers that provide cutting edge education such as the Tigi Academy, Vidal Sassoon Education Center, and numerous other salon peer associations and artists that I have been involved with on a personal level for quite some time, and whom I call my closest professional friends in the industry....exchanging ideas, developing our art together, and sharing ideas with so many other like minded professionals in the industry.  

I do this not just for myself and because I love what I do, but also for you, the client, so that I never lose the ability to always bring you the latest techniques as well as the latest hair fashion trends, specifically in haircutting more than 

anything else.
